My presentation on ‘Motivating Your Mind to Becoming a Healthier You’. Is my proprietary 5-Concept framework as a coaching program. It’s designed to help individuals develop a positive thought-life starting from within.
The training teaches that by organizing the thoughts of those who are overly consumed with negative thinking, we can interrupt the thought process with concepts and educate them on how to reprogram their mind.
