The “Motivating Your Mind to Becoming a Healthier You” (MYM2BHY) is my proprietary 5-step concept coaching program created for those desiring a healthy positive-thought life. My program helps professionals & individuals embark upon their career and personal goals, dreams and ideas and supports them in facilitating it to the next level. Engaging their mind with content enabling the next purpose and goal-driven idea to emerge.

Coaching Process

Like any professional relationship there are boundaries and mutual respect and expectations that should be acknowledged.
